The location was comfortable, just next door to the center and the train station and the old town and old factories, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. It also was in a quiet suburb.

very good people working here, functional and nice place. fabulous & spacious unit with an electric tea kettle, big comfortable bed, for instance. incredible good location, near the train station. and just off the outskirts of the main town, a shopping center, and the centre of the old town below the castle. such great experience there.

The breakfasts at Penzion Tiberia were excellent and great, with a variety including toast, pizza, and wine. the location of the guesthouse was fantastic, right by local buses that run to Trencianske Teplice spa resort town and the railway station.

Penzión Tiberia was scored 9.2 based on 106 reviewers at the time I made the booking. After staying in the pension for one night I am wondering what they liked about this hotel, because I did find even one good thing. It is an old hotel, with old furniture and bathroom that should be renovated long time ago. You could move freely in the room without bumping your head in the roof ceiling. The toilet was dirty and it seems that they forget to clean them after the previous guest. We were a family of four so we required to book two rooms that their price together was relatively high in comparison to other pension we booked. I will not recommended anyone to stay in this pension.

Staff is extremely kind, polite, they are flexible in everything (24h reception, breakfast time etc.), rooms are clean, there is own parking area. Many services free of charge: wifi, parking, pets.

Only thing is not the best the street where the pension is. Everything is close (city centre, bus stop, train etc.), but the street is as if an industrial area.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a very quiet area, just next door to the centre of the old town below the castle, town center, and the bus/train station. the room was impeccably clean with soap, kettle, and loads of space to lounge, truly enjoyed it. - Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were available.

Nice friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Tea and coffee making facility in the room which is not standard in this part of the world.

The furniture in the room and the reception area could be upgraded a bit.

Very nice small hotel in a quiet area about 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Also located about 5-10 minutes walk from the city train and bus stations. Trencin is a small city which is easy for walking and which is dominated by the ancient castle looming above the town. The double room that I stayed in was large and very clean, with a large bathroom area and a lot of storage space. Breakfast was not extensive in terms of choice, but one nice thing was that a menu of 12-15 breakfast items was available to choose from that included both hot and cold entrees. So the breakfast entree was made up fresh. The owners were quite nice and helpful and both speak good English. They are passionate touring bikers and they very much encourage bikers to stay at their hotel. I had a very nice stay here for a weekend and was able to enjoy the annual summer cultural festival as a nice plus.

The room was absolutely fabulous and fairly quiet. Separate bathroom was clean. - the hotel was in a marvelous location really close to the historical center and a shopping center with fast food for quick meals. - the property's staff were absolutely perfect all the time.

The people working at this guest house were lovey! Some spoke English, others didn't, but were all really helpful and smiley. The room was HUGE! From the outside the building just looked like a normal house, but inside it was more like a grand Victorian terrace house. Spotlessly clean too. Breakfast was cooked to order and really tasty. Overall very impressed with Penzion Tiberia and might go back in the Spring!

The location is easy to find and just a 10 minute walk into the center of old city. The price was exceptional and the breakfast was also outstanding. In addition to the regular breakfast fare found in most European facilities you were offered a chance to order an entree from a large selection of eggs and omlets. The off street parking in a secure lot made it possible to feel comfortable leaving some of our luggage in the vehicle overnight.

Their idea of a double bed is two singles pushed together.

Adorable little pension. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and despite the fact that english wasn't their strong point, they still managed to communicate perfectly with us. Rooms were very comfortable, finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was made to order, which is very nice. There is also a small private parking lot in the yard, which gives that extra peace of mind.

Really great overall experience. Ideal hotel with fabulous rooms. Incredible, good location near railway station. Absolutely perfect and kind staff, early check in. A wide array of appetising food for meals.

The Attic Rooms: Our stay at this guesthouse was made even better by the delightful attic room we had. Not only did it offer comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere, but it also came with the much-needed air-conditioning. It felt like entering a cool oasis after a long day of exploring.
